A sales funnel will help guide qualified prospects through the sales process to ensure they buy from you and remain loyal customers. Businesses can utilize sales funnels to determine the best way to grab the attention of their target audience, overcome objections, engage and close more deals.

This is the first step to make your target audience aware about your business as your audience probably don't have any idea about your business at all. It is important to make those who are interested to sign to receive your newsletter or follow your social media accounts as they're interested in the services you offer.

You've now gotten the attention of your potential customers by adding them to your email list. Keep their interest and provide additional value. You want to tell them more about your product, services, and ways you can help them solve their problems. It is crucial to understand your audience in this moment. This will give them to gain a better understanding of the ways your product can help solve their issues and boost their trust.

As prospects are gathered into your funnel, you must to immediately start the leads qualification process. This is where the most activity occurs. It is easier to filter leads, and you can turn more leads into sales. This is the stage where you must be in constant contact with your prospect.

Ask them questions regarding their content and what they think about it. Your user experience must be exceptional. Engage them (sometimes termed as nurturing) via an activity in your site like an online contest, through your blog or video( you would like to encourage them to leave comments) through online chat and the likes. Doing so is the path to building a loyal customer base.

Once they have been engaged, you are now able to offer them value. There are many avenues to help them with infographics and reports, tip sheets, responding to questions, offering free consultations or providing details. Offering value can help to move up the funnel with ease.

Everyone will be delighted! You want your customers to feel as if they received something from you. The last thing to do is thank them for taking the time to communicate with you. This will make your service stand out.

4. Intent

The prospect has already decided to buy the product. They must now decide which product is most suitable for them. Blog posts on your site will instill faith in the readers about the superior offerings and services that you offer. Or, an email newsletter can make your brand stand out as an expert.

5. Evaluation

Your customer believes that they require your product. In this moment, you're trying to convince your prospect that you're the right person to do the job and not anyone else. That can be achieved through a variety types of content formats. These include reports on specific products and webinars, as well as consultations for free or at no cost or limited time offers or coupons to encourage purchasing right now.

6. Buy Stage

This is where your prospect will actually decide to purchase. But, your work isn't over. The sales funnel is opened. Your customer must be moved onto other products and into a new funnel. If they have purchased from you once, they are much more likely to purchase from you again because they believe in you and trust you to provide what they need to solve their problems.
