World partnerships to be 15% ethnic minority and 4% LGBTQ+ by 2025

Hogan Lovells has set two new targets to extend range and inclusion (D&I) amongst its world partnership.

The worldwide legislation agency’s targets, introduced yesterday, are for its partnerships within the UK and US, and embody 15% ethnic minority companions and 4% LGBTQ+ companions by 2025.

At current, Hogan Lovells has 11% ethnic minority companions and a pair of.5% LGBTQ+ companions throughout the transatlantic areas.

The agency’s present gender goal of 30% feminine companions globally by 2022 stays unchanged. The ten-year goal was set in 2012, and is presently 26%.
